Barbie Cake

This is my second cake I have made for little Taya. I was told that this year she wanted a barbie cake. Not to be confused with the cakes that have an actual barbie coming out of them, but just a barbie themed cake. And I could do it however I wanted.
My sister-in-law made a cake similar to this a couple of years ago, and I had helped her figure out how to do it. I loved the idea of doing the barbie sillouhette, so I drew it up and cut it out of fondant.
I wanted to add some shoes,  to make it extra girly, and I figured you have to have pink, and finished it off with a side bow.

It turned out simple and cute. I was told she loved it.

I like that so much more than the Barbie cakes I've seen! So much classier... :)
